Based in Latrobe Valley a temporary opportunity exists for an experienced Student Acquisition and Application Officer to join their team. The Position
The Student Acquisitions & Application Officer acts as the first point of contact for the new course related enquiries and for supporting students through the application process. 

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Respond to email enquiries, ensuring appropriate action is taken
  • Receive and qualify inbound enquiries, ensuring appropriate action is taken
  • Identify referral platform or campaign
  • Contribute to process improvement initiatives 
  • General administration tasks
