Job description

Our client is seeking experienced Marketing Specialists for an exciting opportunity for 6 months in their Victoria Park office. 

Title: Marketing Specialist

Rate: $80 per hour plus 11.5% Super

Location: Victoria Park, WA
Hours: Full-time - 40 hours per week
Duration: 6 months
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading included in rate)

Key Activities/Responsibilities
  • Support the Marketing & Product Development Manager with implementing the Customer Experience marketing strategy, strategic campaigns and strategic initiatives that align to corporate strategy and business objectives.
  • Develop marketing campaigns as required for delivering new products and services, annual tariff changes, and required customer experience improvement initiatives.
  • Work with key stakeholders to execute against agreed strategy to deliver business outcomes.
  • Translation of research and customer insights into effective marketing campaigns and continuous business improvements.
  • Develop multi-channel customer marketing campaigns through identified customer insights and delivered through an enhanced digital experience.
  • Assist the Marketing & Product Development Manager to develop and operationalise efficient and effective ways of working within Customer Experience and the broader organisation to enable execution of agreed marketing strategy consistent with business objectives.
  • Develop, facilitate, and manage marketing plans, third party relationships and channels that support business objectives through the delivery of tactical and always on campaigns – including radio, eDM, SEM, SEO and digital media.
  • Build customer loyalty and brand health via various marketing channels, content, campaigns, emails and events.
Key Responsibilities
  • Develop creative ‘Energy Solutions’ marketing initiatives and assess and monitor performance
  • Effective cross collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Strong focus on creative campaign development built on customer data and insights, digital / multi-channel execution and customer-centric delivery for continuous improvements for the customer experience.
  • Track campaign metrics, consolidate report data and campaign performance insights
  • Provide recommendations that improve the customer experience – via customer feedback initiatives, new channel opportunities and improved customer satisfaction.
ABOUT YOU
Education/qualifications:
  • Degree qualified in marketing, commerce or related discipline
Knowledge:
  • A demonstrated ability to think strategically whilst maintaining a tactical approach for building marketing campaigns.
  • Develop and manage successful marketing strategies and plans
  • Successful campaign development and ability to identify optimal channel mix and execution including reporting, performance analysis and optimisation.
  • Extensive experience in managing and evaluating customer and market research and developing actionable insight and outcomes
  • Excellent communications skills, with a focus on digital marketing content
  • Strong prioritisation and organisational skills to ensure ability to drive multiple campaign and content requirements simultaneously
  • Ability to harness customer insights and translate into outcomes Effective stakeholder and partner management
Skills and experience:
  • Min 8-10 years expereince in a similar Direct marketing role.
  • Min 8-10 years of demonstrated experience in developing, delivering and reporting on marketing strategies.
