DFP Perth are seeking an experienced Technical Support Consultant to engage on a temporary contract for 3 months with possibility of an extension for our State Government client based in Perth CBD
Position: Business Analyst
Contract duration: 3 month contract with the possibility of extension
Location: Perth CBD
Hours per week: 3.5-4 Day per week (0.7 FTE)
We are currently working on behalf of our State Government client, a renowned organisation in need of a skilled Technical Consultant to join their team on a 3-month contract basis, with the possibility of extension. As a Technical Support Consultant the following are key deliverables:

As a Technical Support Consultant the following are key deliverables:
- Data is ingested and maintained to agreed service-levels
- OSTAs approved and pipelines transitioned to Data Management team for support and maintenance.
- Analysis and design of ingestion of key CHE data sources to complete system-wide view.
- In scope enterprise-level data models are available in the platform and these models meet the needs for users to build dashboards and reports.
- Data is ingested using best patterns, and this is supported by repeatable, sustainable processes.
- Data modelling end-to-end processes are established, including iterative design, and built in feedback loops and roles and dependencies are clear.
- Demonstrated experience as Technical Consultant
- SME in the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) and Oracle Golden Gate component.
- Working experience in the data replication, filtering, and transformation is essential.
- Experience and understanding of data lake platform and technologies like Snowflake, SQL Server, Python, and Matillion is desirable.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
