Job Title: Technical Specialist - IT Service Management
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Employment Type: 3 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract
Location: Perth CBD, Western Australia
Pay Rate: Candidates requested rate + Super
*This is an on-site role. Applicants must be based in Perth, Western Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
• Review existing IT service documentation and processes.
• Develop an understanding of the clients federated support model and taxonomy.
• Design, create, and implement a Service Catalogue for all IT services.
• Document service catalogue processes and integrate them into the ITSM toolset.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.
Essential Requirements:
• Have strong ITSM/ITIL background and experience in an IT service desk environment.
• Demonstrated experience in the management and reporting of service desk requests, incidents, problems and changes.
• Customer service focus, diligent with excellent organisational skills as well as willingness to provide the best service to their client base.
• Well-developed written communication skills, including the development of key documents to support the project outcome.
• Proficiency in ITIL service operation practices.
• Demonstrated understanding of occupational safety, health and equity, and diversity principles and practices.
