Job description
Our state government client is seeking a front-end developer to design, document and potentially build a minimum viable integration solution between one of their SaaS eform providers JotForm and their in-house Electronic Medical Record system CDIS (eKids suite EMR) per the scope below.
Start: ASAP
Duration: Short-term (1-2 months)
Location: Nedlands, WA
Rate: Candidates will be submitted at the rate of their choosing
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements – casual loading to be included in rate)
About the role:
Full back-end integration between Jotform and CDIS is not feasible, and therefore we would like to identify a solution using existing tools such as Python and Power Automate to automate the:
Current National Police Clearance or able to obtain if successful
Full working rights within Australia

- Risk screening of submissions received
- This involves an extract of form data to an excel template, which is then audited against CDIS using SQL SSRS reporting.
- Upload of data from the JotForm submissions into CDIS fields
- The data will be cleansed and uploaded to CDIS via workflow process automation software (power automate)
- Upload of the PDF attachment into CDIS to the relevant patient record.
- Create solution design and as-built documentation.
