DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Lead to join our Federal Government Client team.
Role responsibilities
- Responsible for the technical oversight and guidance of support changes deployed to the platform.
- Perform technical review of support changes, ensuring best practice methodology is employed and organisational architecture patterns are adhered to.
- Assist development squads as required to develop and implement project configuration changes.
- Define and implement version control, branching and deployment strategies.
- Maintain and configure Service Cloud, Health Cloud and Digital Experience applications.
- Exhibit a deep understanding of the Salesforce platform, including Vlocity/Omnistudio components.
- Perform ongoing system administration including maintaining user roles, monitoring application, metrics, security settings, profiles, sharing rules, workflow rules and data integrity.
- Perform level 3 investigation and resolution of incidents and develop solutions for minor change requests, including automation.
- Deployment of changes via a metadata/source code and branching framework.
- Evaluate new releases of Salesforce to determine functionality requirements and provide detailed information on how changes will apply to all affected departments/users.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders across various disciplines (business, architecture, data etc.).
- Work within an Agile delivery methodology.
- Assist with troubleshooting API and integration issues with different applications e.g., MuleSoft.
- Perform on-call duties as required.
- More than 5 years’ experience within Salesforce eco-system.
- Certified Salesforce Admin ADM201 & Platform App Builder.
- Exposure to OOPs and Apex (Triggers, Controller, Classes) for debugging and managing minor enhancements.
- Experience developing or supporting Vlocity/Omnistudio.
- Experience with version control, branching and metadata deployments
- Exposure to HTML, CSS and JavaScript is added advantage.
- Platform Developer 1 Certification or Vlocity Certification will be a standout.
