- Accounts Payable
- Account Receivable reconciliations
- Processing and reconciliation of bank statements
- Processing and reconciliation of credit card statements
- Account Receivable reconciliations
- Service Job Card costing and electronic filing – daily basis
- Assist with accounting and administration duties as required
- Payroll (relief) for approximately 70 staff
Required skills and experience
- Strong reconciliation and processing skills
- Ability to work in a small team
- Previous experience in accounts payable essential
