About the role

Reporting to the Service Desk & Customer Experience Manager, you will be an active member of the Service Desk Team ensuring end-to-end customer service excellence
  • Handling multiple channels of support enquiries
  • Utilisation and maintenance of the knowledge base and participation in ongoing training
  • Communicate effectively with internal & external customers through end-to-end service delivery fulfilment
  • Capture all user interactions within our online ticketing system
  • Handle multiple tasks and competing priorities effectively to meet customer needs
  • Contribute as a proactive team member, improving the customer experience and contributing to the team’s success
About You

Must have - Previous experience in an Automotive Dealership which may include a general understanding of the Parts, Service, Vehicle and Administration Departments and how they interrelate
  • Customer service skills
  • Positive attitude and willingness to achieve within a team environment
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Strong work ethic and be motivated by attaining the highest levels of customer satisfaction
  • A desire to learn and develop
  • The right to work full time in Australia
