Your Role:
In this role, you'll be the go-to expert for all things payroll, taking full ownership of a critical function within the business.

You'll be responsible for:
  • Managing end-to-end payroll processing with accuracy and efficiency
  • Reconciling and lodging payroll tax, superannuation, and statutory requirements
  • Partnering with an external payroll provider (ADP) to deliver seamless payroll cycles
  • Setting up new employees, managing pay rises, bonuses, and leave balances
  • Reconciliation of leave systems and payroll reports to ensure accuracy
  • Managing monthly payroll tax submissions and payments
  • Providing responsive, friendly payroll support to employees
  • Collaborating closely with HR and Finance on onboarding, exits and reporting
  • Contributing to payroll-related journal entries and finance activities
About You

We’re looking for a confident payroll professional who is passionate about delivering a high-quality service. You'll bring:
  • Solid experience managing end-to-end payroll (essential)
  • Strong working knowledge of ADP payroll systems (highly desirable)
  • Familiarity with Workday or similar HRIS platforms (preferred)
  • A problem-solving mindset — you think beyond the task and always look for improvements
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage competing deadlines
  • Experience working in structured, compliance-focused environments
  • Previous experience in software, consulting, or professional services (an advantage)
  • A degree in Business/Accounting or equivalent qualifications
