An exciting opportunity exists for an experienced Administrative Officer to join a State Government health agency supporting a key Digital Health team based in Nedlands.
In this full-time temporary role, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, correspondence management, and departmental administration.

In this full-time temporary role, you will provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to senior leaders and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day office operations, correspondence management, and departmental administration.
Key Details:
- Start Date: 1 May 2025
- End Date: 26 June 2025
- Hours: 38 hours per week
- Location: Nedlands, WA
- Pay: Up to $45/hour + super (approx. PSA Level 3.3)
- Manage and coordinate daily office administration and confidential records.
- Provide high-level administrative and secretarial support to executives and broader teams.
- Liaise professionally with internal stakeholders and visitors.
- Prepare and maintain HR, procurement, finance, and quality assurance documentation.
- Assist with meeting coordination, agenda preparation, minute-taking, and correspondence handling.
- Support quality improvement initiatives and contribute to governance activities.
- Demonstrated experience providing high-level administrative support.
- Excellent organisational, communication, and time management skills.
- Strong attention to confidentiality and professional discretion.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and office management systems.
- Previous experience supporting executive-level staff highly regarded.
- Successful candidates must be willing to obtain a Working With Children Check and a National Police Clearance.
