Position Overview
In this role, you will be integral in providing administrative support to the Business Development Managers and State Managers. Your responsibilities will include handling inquiries regarding warranties and roadside assistance, onboarding new dealers, managing various reports, and providing general assistance as needed. Additionally, you will assist customers with their queries related to warranties, transfers, and cancellations.
Key Duties
  • Respond to phone calls and emails concerning warranty and roadside assistance.
  • Provide administrative support to sales and field teams.
  • Manage warranty transfers and cancellations.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with internal team members and external customers.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and propose proactive solutions.
  • Assist with other operational tasks as required.
Candidate Requirements
  • Outstanding phone communication and customer service skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and a commitment to confidentiality.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Previous experience in a similar administrative role is preferred.
