  • DFP Paid Parental Leave benefit

  • DFP Life Program:  Health and wellbeing, discounted health insurance, social impact initiatives.

  • Salary packaging

  • Access to mental health and well-being support, seminars and discounts

What you will bring to the role;

  • Experience in a Recruitment Consultant focused role (Minimum 12 months)

  • Passion for building long-standing client and candidate relationships

  • Results driven and eager to exceed targets

  • Collaborative team approach

  • Adaptable and resilient mindset

We offer transparency, realistic incentives and clear expectations.  Our teams foster and celebrate  collaboration and diversity. You will have available to you excellent existing client relationships to launch from, an extensive candidate database, progressive sourcing tools and a professional corporate team to support you in achieving your best.

If you are ready for a change and looking to take the next step in your career with an award- winning agency, then register your interest for future opportunities by applying now.
