 Join our team  

As our Recruitment Associate, you will have already had experience working within a fast-paced, professional environment which will enable you to transition into this role where you will build and manage strong relationships with candidates whilst playing a pivotal support role in helping the team deliver a seamless end-to-end recruitment process for clients.

You will assist the team in sourcing the right candidates and manage them through the different stages of the recruitment process whilst ensuring an exceptional candidate experience. You will co-ordinate all recruitment administration and compliance using our applicant tracking system (Salesforce).

The role is varied and fast-paced, and you will have the opportunity to work with and learn from a high performing team. Comprehensive induction and training will be provided to ensure you are set up for success as well as ongoing support and guidance.

What you will bring to the role;  

  • A recent qualification in HR, Psychology or Commerce with 1+ years’ work experience in a professional environment
  • Passion for building and maintaining professional relationships 
  • Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Adaptable and resilient mindset
