Job description

Job Title: Project Officer
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client
Position Type: 4 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract (ASAP Start)
Pay Rate: $56 – 59 per hour + Super (Level 4)
Location: Perth, WA 6000
Key Responsibilities:
  • Participate in the solution design process, including planning, workshops, analysis, documentation and communication.
  • Source, collate, compile, analyse and consolidate information to contribute to the development of project plans and system design options.
  • Implement actions to support project outcomes.
  • Contribute to team planning and strategy development.
  • Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports.
  • Work collaboratively with stakeholders to understand issues and recommend solutions.
  • Support strong working relationships with stakeholders to enable collaboration and influence outcomes.
  • Respond to enquiries and escalate and redirect issues as required.
  • Provide project and operational support to other project teams to complete tasks and implement project plans to ensure outcomes are achieved.
  • Other duties as required.
 
 
Essential to be successful in the role:
  • Strong conceptual, analytical and research skills, including the ability to deliver practical solutions to problems.
  • Some experience successfully delivering or supporting projects.
  • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, and an ability to build and maintain effective relationships.
  • Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and effectively as a member of a team.
  • Must have experience with PowerBI
  • Advance MS Office skills, specifically Excel
  • Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
