As the Operation Support Officer, your responsibility will include but will not be limited to:
- Processing and entering orders
- Receiving and monitoring purchase orders (POs)
- Tracking and overseeing daily deliveries
- Handling customer applications and credit limit requests
- Managing incoming phone calls
- Preparing and providing sales quotations
- Issuing invoices for all orders, ensuring proper distribution and filing
To excel in this role, you should possess:
- Proven experience in administration.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Outstanding communication skills.
- A track record of thriving in fast-paced environments.
- Availability to start at 7:00 am Mon-Thurs and 6:30am on Fridays.
