Location: Barangaroo, with a hybrid work arrangement (1-2 days in the office per week)
Pay Rate: $50/hr to $65/hr + super, depending on experience
Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday

Our client is a leading global consulting firm specializing in talent, health, retirement, and investment, with a strong presence in superannuation (retirement savings) both in Australia and globally. They are seeking a Paralegal to manage Family Law work for the Trustees of various superannuation funds.

- Review and manage draft Court Orders, Financial Agreements, and super splitting provisions.
- Prepare and finalize procedural fairness responses, liaising with external lawyers, members, and non-member spouses.
- Maintain accurate electronic records and update Family Law spreadsheets.
- Manage Family Law Court Orders, final Agreements, and document sign-off processes.
- Handle subpoenas, liaising with Administration Teams and preparing documents for Court submission.
- Respond to Family Law inquiries and update relevant documentation.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Experience with Family Law and superannuation processes is a plus.
- Proficiency in managing legal correspondence and timelines.
