Do you have excellent event/program and communication management skills.  This busy and exciting role will commence January 2025.
 
About the role
 
As an Industry Engagement Coordinator, you will leverage your exceptional project management skills to coordinate and deliver sponsorship assets and fulfill contractual obligations for our corporate partners. This includes managing events, projects and initiatives that align with the goals.
 
Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee events and projects from conception to evaluation, including development plans, communication materials, project timelines, briefing notes, contracts and correspondence, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, scope and risk tolerances.
  • Develop communication materials to support the delivery of events, projects and initiatives.
  • Foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Manage administrative staff, contractors and suppliers to facilitate event and project delivery.
  • Work with the Performance Partnerships team to service corporate partners and fulfill contracted obligations. 
Key Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects and delivering events, awards programs and/or conferences to a high standard.
  • Exceptional organisational skills, high level of attention to detail and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications and/or similar field is desirable.
  • A blue card is required as you will be offering coaching/support to young people. 
Successful candidates may be required to undergo a national police clearance.
