About the role

Key Responsibilities
- Oversee events and projects from conception to evaluation, including development plans, communication materials, project timelines, briefing notes, contracts and correspondence, ensuring they meet time, cost, quality, scope and risk tolerances.
- Develop communication materials to support the delivery of events, projects and initiatives.
- Foster effective working relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Manage administrative staff, contractors and suppliers to facilitate event and project delivery.
- Work with the Performance Partnerships team to service corporate partners and fulfill contracted obligations.
- Demonstrated experience working across multiple projects and delivering events, awards programs and/or conferences to a high standard.
- Exceptional organisational skills, high level of attention to detail and initiative in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Event Management, Public Relations, Communications and/or similar field is desirable.
- A blue card is required as you will be offering coaching/support to young people.
