- $602.55 per day + super
- Working 37.5 hours per week (Monday to Friday)

The EL1 Project Manager will coordinate and take responsibility for detailed or sensitive projects that involve a variety of processes or methods. These projects will directly impact the strategic or operational outcomes, contributing to the goal of building a world-leading disability support system.
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Develop, manage, and implement project plans and schedules in accordance with the Agency’s project management framework.
- Contribute to the design, governance arrangements, and operational integration of projects.
- Ensure project deliverables and milestones are met on time and within budget.
- Conduct research, review, and evaluate projects in specific operational or technical areas.
- Report on project outputs to stakeholders, including regular status updates and exception reports.
- Prepare and review written materials such as business cases, plans, reports, executive briefs, and corporate documentation.
- Manage project budgets, monitor expenditure, and oversee procurement and contract management activities.
- Identify, assess, manage, escalate, and monitor project risks, issues, and benefits, including the development of treatment strategies.
- Analyse project performance and coordinate quality management activities to ensure that deliverables are fit for purpose and meet client needs.
- Strong ability to understand complex issues and interpret data to identify root causes.
- Extensive experience in Project Management with proficiency in using various project tools.
- Proven ability to influence stakeholders and manage conflicting or challenging situations.
- Expert knowledge of Jira and Confluence.
- A detailed understanding of SAP and Salesforce CRM platforms is highly desirable.
