Customer Service Coordinator - Gnarla Biddi Strategy 
State Government Opportunity | Immediate Start | 6-Month Contract
Location: Victoria Avenue, Perth
Contract Duration: 4th November 2024 - 5th May 2025 (6 months)
Hours: Full-time, 37.5 hours per week (8:00 am - 4:00 pm, with 30-minute lunch break)

About the Role:
DFP Recruitment is seeking a dynamic Customer Service Coordinator to join our State Government client. This role supports the implementation of the Gnarla Biddi Strategy across the our clients program. Key responsibilities include:
  • Coordinating initiatives and projects to support the Gnarla Biddi Strategy.
  • Liaising with stakeholders, including our clients lead agencies, contractors, and the Aboriginal community.
  • Managing cross-cultural engagements and building cultural capability within our clients Office.
  • Representing our client at industry events and coordinating inputs to ensure collaborative outcomes.
Essential Criteria:
  • Proven experience working with Aboriginal stakeholders in a similar role.
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to engage with senior management and diverse stakeholders.
  • Experience in establishing and coordinating standard operating documents, record-keeping, and administrative processes.
Desirable Skills:
  • Knowledge of Work Health and Safety policies, and EEO, diversity, and equity practices.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
