Job description

Our client a Scientific organisation are seeking a passionate customer service adminisitrator to work in their Sales Team on a short term contract 

Your responsibilities will include
  • Salesforce email communication with clients 
  • Collating responses and maintaining spreadsheets 
  • Complete pricing documentation - emailing personlised communication to existing clients
  • Creating pricing information for new clients 
  • Support the overall team in both a service and administrative capacity. 
The ideal candidate will have:
  • Previous customer service experience 
  • The ability to communicate at all levels both internal and external to the business
  • High attention to detail and data input accuracy
  • The ability to pick up technical information quickly
  • Adaptability and flexibility in a fast paced environment 
  • Confident PC user Excel experience (Salesforce experience will be highly regarded).
