Position Overview:
As a Team Administrator for Corporate Vaccination Services, you will be responsible for overseeing various administrative processes crucial to the success of our programs. 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage administrative processes for corporate vaccination services, including issuing coupons, sending invoices, and transferring payments to client-branded pharmacies.
  • Collaborate with corporate flu partners to ensure effective communication and timely collection of invoice payments.
  • Drive essential administrative tasks for the Pinnacle Pharmacy Services Program and upcoming pharmacy initiatives, including managing SiSU billing and invoicing.
  • Coordinate training events for Pharmacy Services, handling venue bookings, invoice payments, and staff travel arrangements.
  • Provide regular reports and general administrative support to maintain operational efficiency and assist team members as needed.

About You:

We are seeking a candidate who possess the following attributes in addition to full, unlimted working rights:
  • Proven Administrative Experience: Track record of effective administrative support, ideally in the healthcare or pharmaceutical sector, with experience in billing, invoicing, and corporate vaccination services.
  • Organisational Skills: Strong ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously, with meticulous attention to detail and accuracy in all processes.
  • Communication and Interpersonal Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, crucial for liaising with corporate partners and team members.
  • Financial Acumen: Sound understanding of financial processes, including invoice management and on-charging to franchise partners and outsourced services.
  • Team Collaboration and Initiative: Team player who proactively contributes to program success, supports colleagues with overflow tasks, and drives administrative tasks efficiently.
