Job Title: Contract Administration Support
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client – State Government
Position Type: Full Time (38 hours) Casual Temporary Contract – 07/01/2025 – 25/04/2024 (Possible extension)
Pay Rate: Competitive hourly rate + Super
Location: East Perth CBD, WA 6004
Role Overview:
  • Provide support to Contract Manager(s) with ongoing contract management associated duties, including various processes involved to assist with the delivery of maintenance works.
  • Assist Contract Manager(s) in their monthly processing of financial accruals for contract work.
  • Enter receipt details for items obtained via purchase orders and credit cards.
  • Provide administration support with the Maintenance Delivery team, including scanning of supporting documentation used for verification of monthly contractor claims such as dockets, timesheets, invoices, processing of invoices, assisting with the processing of monthly contractual claims and other ad-hoc tasks associated to contract managed works.
  • Carry out self-audits and report on integrity checks and audits of CTS and Contractual Claims and Performance Tracking templates.
  • Provide management support in compiling Contract/Contractor performance reports.
  • Provide support to Contract Manager in monitoring contracting and procurement milestones.
  • Develop custom reports to extract information from spreadsheets for general users, corporate reporting, ministerial enquiries or parliamentary questions.
  • Recommend system and business improvements relating to the administering of any existing or future maintenance Contracts.
 
Key Responsibilities;
  • Administration services including the coordination of service engagements.
  • Strong understanding and operating skills with Microsoft Office, with Microsoft Excel crucial
  • Computer spreadsheet maintenance including collecting, compiling, reviewing and maintaining data
  • Written communication experience, including analytical or reporting writing
