Our client is seeking an experienced Business Services Officer for an initial 6-month temporary casual contract (with possibility of extension) in their East Perth office.
Title: Business Services Officer
Rate: $40-45 per hour plus Super (depending on relevant experience)
Duration: Initial 6-month contract with possibility of extension
Hours: Full-time – 38 hours per week
Location: East Perth, WA
Type: Temporary casual contract (no leave entitlements - casual loading included in rate)
ROLE DESCRIPTION
This position provides administrative and secretarial support to the Metropolitan Region as part of the Business Services department.
Tasks will include:

- Paying invoices from suppliers and contractors
- Processing journals and credit notes
- Managing stationary stock ordering and printing supplies
- Managing shared inbox and communications to staff
ESSENTIAL:
- Minimum 2-3 years' experience in providing administrative and/or business support
- Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
- Able to build and enhance stakeholder relationships
- High-level organisational skills
- Able to prioritise competing tasks to meet work schedules and deadlines
- A certificate in Business
