On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for skilled Business Analysts (APS6 & EL1) to join the team and deliver complex, high-impact projects. These roles will be 12 month labour hire assignments based in Richmond or Geelong.
As a Business Analyst you will analyse business needs, improve processes, support the development and implementation of solutions and work in a fast-paced, policy-driven environment.

- Analyse and document current and future state business processes, conduct systems analysis to drive process improvements, develop functional requirements and user stories, and evaluate and test solutions to ensure alignment with business needs.
- Develop reports and translate business metrics into actionable insights
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder engagement activities
- Evaluate and test solutions to ensure alignment with business needs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support effective delivery
- Business Analysis & Process Improvement: Strong ability to analyse and document business processes, identify inefficiencies, and recommend improvements.
- Requirements Gathering & Documentation: Skilled in eliciting, defining, and managing requirements, including user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps.
- Testing & Solution Validation: Experience supporting system testing and verification to ensure solutions meet business requirements.
- Stakeholder Engagement & Communication: Proven capability in facilitating workshops, collaborating across teams, and managing stakeholder expectations.
- Risk, Compliance & Data Analysis: Competence in identifying risks, supporting governance and audit processes, and interpreting data to inform decision-making.
