Out State Government Client is currently seeking Project Officer who are passionate about making a difference to join their Dubbo team in providing Housing Services to the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Undertake and lead extraction, analysis, interpretation, and reporting on data from external and internal data sets to inform service delivery planning and resource allocation, client outcomes measurement, organisational performance reporting and reform initiatives.
• Undertake data mining, data profiling and data analysis to inform service delivery practice and outcomes and to facilitate organisational continuous improvement.
• Establish and maintain core internal and external data sets to meet the analysis and reporting needs of the organisation. Implement proactive initiatives that identify issues with quality and consistency of data collected and held by AHO and its partner agencies to reduce potential limitations and ensure the useability of the data for analysis and reporting.
• Prepare a range of project-related documents for key stakeholders as required, including status updates, reports, budgets and discussion papers to manage the flow of information.
• Provide proactive and evidence-based advice and reports to the business unit leader, Director and/or the Executive Director to ensure matters that impact business unit current business and future decision- making are considered.
• Provide specialist advice and recommendations to the Manager in support of performance monitoring and reporting governance processes to improve the efficiency and consistency of performance reporting
The Ideal Candidate:
• Strong experience in data extraction, analysis, and reporting to support decision-making.
• Proven ability to identify and resolve data quality and consistency issues.
• Excellent written communication skills for preparing reports and insights.
• Experience in performance monitoring and providing evidence-based recommendations.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work collaboratively across teams.
Essential Requirements:
