Job description

On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency we are looking for 13 Case Managers to join the ART Case Management team on a 6 month assignment with possible extension. This role can be based in Richmond or Geelong and will working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week. 

The roles offer the opportunity to manage complex cases, engage with stakeholders, and contribute to positive outcomes for individuals navigating the appeals process. As an APS6 Case Manager, you will play a key role in managing external review applications, ensuring disputes are resolved in a timely and consistent manner. You’ll provide expert guidance on complex matters, interpret and apply legislation, and work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders to drive fair and effective resolutions.

Responsibilities include; 
  • Lead case management activities, ensuring timely and fair resolutions.
  • Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to provide expert advice.
  • Apply dispute resolution strategies to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Attend case conferences, conciliations, and hearings.
  • Assess and manage risk, ensuring participant-focused solutions.

To be considered for this role you will demonstrate; 
  • Experience in case management, dispute resolution, or legal frameworks.
  • Ability to interpret and apply legislation and policy effectively.
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
