Essential Skills & Requirements:
- Australian Citizenship (mandatory for Federal Government roles)
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and data management abilities
- Proficiency in stakeholder engagement and team collaboration
- Ability to lead process improvement initiatives and meet key performance targets
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Labour hire position (casual loading included; no leave entitlements)
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide secretariat support and handle enquiries related to Home and Living decisions
- Resolve participant issues and complaints effectively
- Lead initiatives that improve service processes and program outcomes
- Analyze data to create reports and dashboards for operational planning
- Contribute to team goals and performance targets
- Support and mentor team members on technical and administrative tasks
- Start Date: 13th January 2025 (pending pre-employment checks)
- End Date: 31st December 2025
- Extensive background checks required, taking approximately 4 weeks. The client can accommodate standard notice periods.
