- You are a team player, building and maintaining positive relationships with both internal staff and external stakeholders.
- You confidently act as the liaison between leadership and staff at all levels, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
- Provide high-level executive support through a range of administrative, coordination, and scheduling tasks.
- Manage branch performance reporting, including preparing executive meeting papers and board agenda documents.
- Coordinate ministerial briefings and correspondence, ensuring compliance with guidelines, and maintaining quality control over all communication.
- Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with both internal and external stakeholders, representing leadership in all matters.
- Contribute to the development, evaluation, and improvement of business administration systems and support staff in understanding relevant policies and procedures.
- At least five years of experience in public sector administration or a related field.
