📍 Location: Armadale, WA
💼 Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Full-Time hours, on a labour hire basis, meaning there is casual loading already included in the rate in lieu of leave entitlements)
💰 Hourly Rate: $37.36 p/h + Super (already includes casual loading)

About the Role
As an APS3 Participant Support Officer, you will be the first point of contact for participants, providing high-quality customer service and administrative support. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, a passion for helping others, and excellent attention to detail.
Key Responsibilities
🟢 Assist with front-of-house support, guiding customers and addressing face-to-face enquiries.
🟢 Manage participant matters by actioning planning tasks in line with the NDIS Act.
🟢 Handle enquiries via phone, email, and the NDIA online support system.
🟢 Coordinate appointments and ensure office facilities are accessible for all participants.
🟢 Conduct research, prepare reports, and maintain accurate documentation.
🟢 Receive and log complaints and feedback, ensuring appropriate follow-ups.
🟢 Perform data entry and ensure records are updated and accurate.
What We’re Looking For
✔ Customer Service Experience – Ability to assist with face-to-face, phone, and email enquiries.
✔ Strong Communication Skills – Clear, professional, and empathetic interactions with participants and stakeholders.
✔ Excellent Organisation & Administration – Managing multiple tasks efficiently in a dynamic environment.
✔ Attention to Detail – Ensuring records, reports, and correspondence are accurate and up to date.
✔ Team-Oriented Mindset – Ability to collaborate and contribute positively within a team.
Eligibility Requirements
🔹 Australian Citizenship is required for this role. Non-negotiable.
🔹 Ability to obtain and maintain a National Criminal History Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Working with Children Check.
