📍 Location: Perth, WA
💼 Contract Type: 12-Month Contract (Full-Time hours, on a labour hire basis, meaning there is casual loading already included in the rate in lieu of leave entitlements)
💰 Hourly Rate: APS4 - $43.82/hour + Super

Role Overview
The APS4 Case Management Officer plays a crucial role in supporting administrative case management processes within a Federal Government Agency. Working within a structured environment, you will provide data and compliance reporting support, assist with work allocations, and contribute to case management operations.
This role is ideal for someone with strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a passion for supporting individuals in need.
Key Responsibilities
🔹 Support work allocation processes for case management teams
🔹 Provide data and compliance reporting support
🔹 Assist with case file management and administrative case processing
🔹 Help onboard new staff and provide system support
🔹 Manage emails, team diaries, and CRM/database records
🔹 Ensure accuracy and efficiency in administrative tasks
What We’re Looking For
✔ Strong administration skills – ability to manage multiple tasks in a structured environment
✔ Experience in case management support – assisting with compliance and reporting
✔ Technical proficiency – knowledge of CRM systems, Outlook, SharePoint & Excel
✔ Strong organisational skills – ability to prioritise and meet deadlines
✔ Experience in the disability sector is an advantage
Eligibility Requirements
🔹 Australian Citizenship required, non-negotiable
🔹 Ability to obtain and maintain a National Criminal History Check
🔹 Understanding of government processes and compliance expectations
