Our government client is seeking AO3 Procurement Support Officer to join their team in Cannon Hill.

As the Procurement Support Officer, your duties will include but will not be limited to:
- Reviewing data in ellipse
- Creating Purchase Orders.
- Issuing works/services tenders, training will be provided.
- Providing a range of administrative support functions to members of the Procurement section as required.
To be considered in this role, you will have:
- Previous experience in Procurement / Purchasing
- High attention to detail.
- Ability to engage with key stakeholders.
- Willing to work in a fast-paced environment with KPI’s and mechanisms to measure and monitor performance.
- Demonstrate professionalism and be a positive contributor to a great team and culture.
- Demonstrate initiative and be a team player by appropriately handling enquiries to senior staff in their absence within expected timeframes.
