Our valued State Government partner is looking for an AO3 Project Support Officer to join their team in Townsville.

Reporting to the Business Manager, your responsibilities will include:
- Triage paperwork that is emailed to a shared Outlook
- Act as a Liaison for internal and external stakeholders.
- Raising Work Requests, Work Orders and Tasks using Ellipse.
- Maintaining an Excel spreadsheet of work dispatched to Contractors – called a Requests Tracker.
- Sending Tracker to Contractors individually for their update.
- Updating the Master Tracker with Trackers returned from Contractors.
- Assist in other Mailboxes when time permits.
- Validate and update other data related to air conditioning systems in schools.
- Other administrative functions as required.
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- Previous administration experience
- Attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently
- High level communication skills
- Intermediate Excel skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and against KPI’s
- High level customer service skills
