DFP Recruitment is seeking an IT Support Officer for our Client.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle daily IT operations and provide user support for troubleshooting issues.
- Perform L1 troubleshooting in server rooms and for office users.
- Troubleshoot Fortinet switches, Wi-Fi routers, Cambium Wi-Fi, Samsung meeting room screens, photocopiers, Lenovo laptops and PCs, Logitech meeting room devices, access control systems, CCTV systems, UPS systems, racks, and other IT devices.
- Coordinate with suppliers/vendors for warranty or support issues and ensure timely resolution.
- Install IT equipment as needed within the office.
- Communicate and coordinate with the head office for L2 and L3 critical support.
- Be available for remote or onsite support outside regular hours as needed.
- Provide support for office users, ensuring efficient IT operations.
- Assist in planning and organizing IT setup for new branches.
- Coordinate with telecom vendors for internet issues and setups.
- Attend training sessions to enhance skills.
- Ensure accurate logging of support requests in the help desk system.
- Create daily call reports and monthly IT support reports.
- Address issues related to PCs, laptops, printers, meeting rooms, Wi-Fi, mobile connectivity, access control systems, and user login/application access.
- Perform additional IT-related duties as required.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field.
- Proficient in IT support and troubleshooting, especially with Fortinet, Cambium Wi-Fi, Lenovo, and other devices mentioned.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
