Our client is a well-established Australian owned local business situated in Morwell. Having been in operation for over 40 years, they are a well-established and well known for providing premium quality brands. Our client specialises and provides a very broad range of workwear, corporate uniforms, safety products and equipment.

The Position
Are you passionate, innovative, and eager to use your creativity to make a positive impact! We have an exciting opportunity for you! As the Web Sales Administrator, you will be responsible for maintaining the business website and various sales platforms. To be successful in this role you will have experience and strong interest in marketing, administration, content creation and or sales.

Key responsibilities will include but not limited to:
  • Oversee and update the internal website
  • Address customer inquiries promptly
  • Process website orders efficiently
  • Manage and update product listings on the website
  • Analyse performance metrics and trends to identify improvement opportunities
  • Work with the marketing team to create engaging content for Facebook and Instagram
  • Support the development and execution of online marketing strategies
  • Maintain accurate sales and inventory records using internal systems
About You:
  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite, Google Docs, CANVA, Photoshop, Shopify, eBay, and Kogan (training available for those with limited experience)
  • Knowledgeable about payment platforms such as PayPal, eWay, Afterpay, and Zip Money.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experienced in sales, marketing, high-level administration, content creation and/or online selling
  • Proven ability to deliver outstanding customer service
  • High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
  • Quick to learn and adapt to new systems and processes
  • Able to work well under pressure and manage time effectively
