Our local government client is seeking an experienced Town Planner for a 3 month contract.
Rate: $50-60 per hour plus Super
Hours: Full-time – 37.5 hours per week
Location: Rockingham, WA
Duration: 3 months
Type: Temporary casual contract

Experience Required
- Well-developed written and verbal communication skills, coupled with excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills.
- Highly organised and possess contract and project management skills.
- Sound knowledge of Town Planning legislation and principles, including related environmental and land use practices and their applications.
- Must possess of a Degree in Town (Urban) Planning or equivalent in a related field is essential, also have experience in this field, making the person eligible for membership to the Planning Institute of Australia.
- Local Government experience
