Job Title: Third Party Liability Claims Officer
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client – State Government
Position Type: 6 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract – ASAP start! (Potential extension with potential leading to permanent)
Pay Rate: $46 – 48 per hour + Super
Location: East Perth, WA 6004

- Action and resolve third party minor liability claims
- Assist with the resolution of more complex liability and contract works claims.
- Provide support regarding corporate insurances.
- Assist and provide support with Freedom of Information applications.
- Other duties as required
Essential to be successful in this role:
- Ability to action and resolve third party minor liability claims
- Sound skill knowledge and experience with dispute resolution and complaints management
- Sound skill knowledge and experience building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
- Diploma in Business or Insurance Services.
- Experience within Customer Service
- Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
