Job description

Job Title: Third Party Liability Claims Officer
Employer: DFP Recruitment Client – State Government
Position Type: 6 month Full Time Casual Temporary Contract – ASAP start! (Potential extension with potential leading to permanent)
Pay Rate: $46 – 48 per hour + Super
Location: East Perth, WA 6004
Key Responsibilities;
  • Action and resolve third party minor liability claims
  • Assist with the resolution of more complex liability and contract works claims.
  • Provide support regarding corporate insurances.
  • Assist and provide support with Freedom of Information applications.
  • Other duties as required
 
Essential to be successful in this role:  
  • Ability to action and resolve third party minor liability claims
  • Sound skill knowledge and experience with dispute resolution and complaints management
  • Sound skill knowledge and experience building and enhancing stakeholder relationships
  • Diploma in Business or Insurance Services.
  • Experience within Customer Service
  • Current valid NPC or ability to obtain one
