Technical Platform Architect
The Technical Platform Architect will have considerable internal and external stakeholder interaction and will act as the conduit between the business units, internal stakeholders that will include the IT business management, platform development, and platform implementation within the Agency and with relevant stakeholders from the health sector.

- $1100 -$1200 Daily Rate + Super

- 12-month contract, (possible 2 x 12-month extension)

Duties
- Provide expertise in digital health standards across various program areas, ensuring quality outcomes and monitoring progress.
- Recommend strategic directions and manage competing priorities to align project outcomes with agency goals.
- Contribute to innovation and business improvement, engaging in risk assessment and management.
- Conduct business analysis, considering stakeholder needs and impact assessments.
- Communicate complex policies through diagrams/graphics, facilitating understanding across the business.
- Analyse business needs, set priorities, and manage workflow in a complex standards portfolio.
- Develop team capability through coaching, feedback, and conflict resolution.
- Exercise autonomy in resource allocation and financial management to meet objectives.
- Work independently within established frameworks, making decisions based on professional judgment and risk evaluation.
- Utilize research, analysis, and judgment to address complex issues.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities and achieve outcomes.
- Qualifications in IT, Business, Mathematics, Science or Engineering
- Health industry experience.
- Azure Cloud certifications.
- Experience with large complex, fast-paced projects.
- RedHat Fuse, RedHat 3scale, Oracle (OAM, OID, OSB, HDR), Adobe Experience Manager
- Demonstrated experience as a technical architect on all aspects of a large and complex system including functional and non-functional requirements also including security and performance.
- Applicants must hold Australian citizenship.
