Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Brisbane office in the position of Team Administrator - Recruitment where you will provide recruitment support to our busy Queensland team.

Due to continued growth, an exciting opportunity is available for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to join our Brisbane office in the position of Team Administrator - Recruitment where you will provide recruitment support to our busy Queensland team.
Reporting to the Manager, Key Accounts your key duties and responsibilities will include:
- Conducting telephone interviews and booking interviews for candidates
- Assisting Account Managers & Recruitment Consultants in conducting volume recruitment activities (including assessment centres)
- On-boarding and recruitment administration
- Maintaining candidate and client records (SalesForce)
- Liaise with candidates and on-hired workers about performance and site issue
- General administration duties as required
- A high level of computer literacy and keyboarding skills, specifically in MS Word and Excel;
- Strong written and verbal communication skills;
- Very high attention to detail (compliance);
- The ability to prioritise and multi-task;
- Experience working within a fast-paced administrative role.
- Previous experience in volume recruitment/ Assessment Centre methodologies;
- Demonstrated knowledge of end-to-end recruitment process.
