The Role

  • To support the DFP Technology team to ensure the achievement of the company’s financial and operational lead indicators.
  • Successfully source, build and maintain talent pipelines.
  • To develop and maintain candidate relationships.
  • Provide excellent services to Internal Stakeholders, Candidates and Clients.
  • Ensure that all recruitment operational procedures, candidate records, data entry and compliance is maintained on internal databases.
  • Develop and maintain a:
    • Comprehensive knowledge of the external market trends for candidates, including market rates and opportunity identification.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of State and Federal Government labour hire schemes.
    • Comprehensive knowledge of Technology and ICT Job market within the government sector.
About You

You will work in conjunction with the Technology Team to establish and maintain efficient candidate supply by seeking out, investigating and assessing strategies for talent acquisition. To be successful in this role you will have:

  • Previous ICT resourcing experience.
  • A Tertiary Qualification is preferred.
  • Knowledge of State and Federal Government recruitment process is preferred.
  • Experience using Vendor Management Systems, LinkedIn Recruiter, SEEK Premium.
  • Previous experience using Salesforce is desirable.
