Job description

  • $35 - $40.80 per hour + Super
Our State Government client is seeking an Admin Service Officer to join their team in Parramatta for an initial short contract with the possibility of extension.

Responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
  • Manage a range of administrative tasks for clients, including sending letters to government bodies, banks and financial institutions.
  • Maintain and manage administrative tasks for team/leadership meetings, agendas and action items, including spreadsheets.
  • Provide Leadership Team with administrative support as required.
  • Maintain various channels of communications between internal and external stakeholders.
  • Maintain and update various team spreadsheets
About You
To be successful in this role, you will possess:
  • Strong administrative support experience within a similar role.
  • Experience working with MS Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to managing completing priorities with a high attention to detail.
  • Previous experience working for a government department would be advantageous.
