On behalf of a large Federal Government Agency, we are looking for Communications Professionals to lead and deliver high quality communication strategies. This is a 12 month assignment, working full time hours and can be based in Geelong or Richmond.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead by example as a communications expert, supporting key stakeholders.
- Develop and deliver clear, accessible, and engaging communication materials.
- Draft concise messaging for various audiences, including speeches and talking points.
- Ensure all content aligns with branding and accessibility standards.
- Build and maintain strong stakeholder relationships, addressing emerging challenges.
- Evaluate communication strategies to measure effectiveness and identify improvements.
- Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
- Exceptional organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proven experience in drafting clear, effective messaging.
- Ability to identify and mitigate reputational risks.
- Experience working in government or the public sector would be advantageous
