Your Role:

As a Site Administrator, you’ll be responsible for key administrative and payroll functions to ensure the smooth operation of the site. Your main duties will include:

✅ Payroll Administration – Process timesheets, update pay codes and ensure payroll compliance.

✅ Invoice Management – Verify and process invoices promptly and accurately.

✅ Service Awards – Track employee eligibility and maintain records.

✅ Pay Rate Changes – Communicate updates clearly and professionally via email.

✅ General Administration – Support the site team with various admin tasks.

✔ Administrative Experience – Prior experience in admin or data entry is a plus.

✔ Strong Communicator – Clear and professional in emails and verbal communication.

✔ Understanding of Awards (Bonus, Not Required) – Knowledge of pay awards is a plus!
