- NSW Government experience in Goulburn
- ASAP Start - Initial contract until March 2025, with possibility of extension
- $45.60 per hour + Super
- 35 hours per week
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
- Work collaboratively within a customer-focused team to manage workers' compensation payments for injured employees.
- Calculate weekly compensation entitlements and accurately update payroll systems.
- Ensure all payments are processed promptly and in compliance with legislative requirements.
- Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address queries and provide high-quality service.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Exceptional customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
- Team-oriented with a proactive and adaptable approach.
- Payroll experience is beneficial—your customer focus and accuracy matter most.
- Working from home may be considered after the training period and in line with departmental guidelines, though the majority of the team is office-based.
