Job description

  • NSW Government experience in Goulburn
  • ASAP Start - Initial contract until March 2025, with possibility of extension
  • $45.60 per hour + Super
  • 35 hours per week
We are seeking a detail-oriented Service Officer to join NSW Government team in Goulburn. This role offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective management of workers' compensation payments in a supportive and collaborative environment.
 
Responsibilities may include but are not limited to:
  • Work collaboratively within a customer-focused team to manage workers' compensation payments for injured employees.
  • Calculate weekly compensation entitlements and accurately update payroll systems.
  • Ensure all payments are processed promptly and in compliance with legislative requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders to address queries and provide high-quality service.

Additional Information:
  • Working from home may be considered after the training period and in line with departmental guidelines, though the majority of the team is office-based.
