Main Functions:
- Guide the Reservoir Leadership Team to achieve performance objectives and maintain high technical standards.
- Develop and implement plans/programs for the Reservoir Management team.
- Support reservoir engineers in establishing and implementing plans to meet reservoir engineering requirements.
- Perform and guide detailed reservoir simulation studies, including all related evaluations (PVT, inflow/outflow, relative permeability, SCAL).
- Lead depletion plan assessments to support asset acquisition evaluations.
- Participate in Peer Reviews to ensure high technical standards and provide input to drilling, facilities, and other groups.
- Develop strategies with the Project Team to address risks and challenges.
- Support risk assessments and studies as defined in the Project Risk Management Plan.
- Conduct uncertainty analysis studies and value of information assessments for data acquisition plans.
- Share safety-related Lessons Learned across projects and within the company.
- Facilitate Reservoir Team meetings and provide regulatory compliance support.
- Mentor less experienced reservoir engineers and deliver technical presentations.
- Maintain high ethical conduct and work effectively under pressure with changing priorities.
- Extensive work experience in Reservoir Engineering within the Oil & Gas Industry.
- Expertise in reservoir simulation studies and dynamic model evaluations.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities and ability to conduct independent reservoir evaluations.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
