Job description


This critical position entails leading execution planning for major capital projects (>$500M) in the Select and Define stages, with ongoing support and monitoring through the Execution phase. The ideal candidate will mentor and train junior staff, ensuring adherence to best practices in project management execution.

Responsibilities:
  • Execute planning for major capital projects during Select and Define stages
  • Support and validate best practices in project management during Execution phase.
  • Ensure project teams meet objectives and execute efficiently.
  • Manage interfaces and communicate project execution opportunities.
  • Participate in general interest activities to enhance project performance.
Requirements:
  • BS/MS in Engineering.
  • Extensive oil and gas major capital project experience.
  • International project exposure, including two overseas assignments.
  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
  • Expertise in Project Management disciplines and technical areas.
