Senior Business Analyst
  • $70 - $90 / Hourly Rate
  • Bruce, ACT
  • 16-week contract (with possible 2 x 6-month extension options)

About the role
Our client is now seeking a Business Analyst specialising in DevOps, Smarty Grants, Dynamics 365 and/or SCRUM or Agile to work and support the projects team in sports.

The work will primarily be on the Grants Management System (Smarty Grants) to provide solutions and improvements to support the project team, engage with stakeholders to document their requirements, and assist with the implementation of the new grant requirements.

Duties
  • The ability to work autonomously and on multiple items at the same time and collaborate with stakeholders for business requirements.
  • Be able to purpose efficient and innovative ideas using structured methods to the business and coordinate with the projects team and project stakeholders.
  • Present summarised analysis and model options to senior managers and recommend solutions to achieve outcomes.
  • Assist the project managers with a breakdown of work structures, schedules, cost estimates, whilst developing solutions and testing multiple approaches as a part of holistic project services.
  • Use structured methods to deliver digital investment planning to align with the enterprise’s strategies.
Successful Candidate
  • Tertiary qualifications and/or least 3 years business analyst experience.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience working on ICT projects in a business analyst capacity.
  • Experience working with DevOps, Smarty Grants, Dynamics 365 and/or SCRUM or Agile.
  • Previous experience working on Grants Management systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
