Part-time role of 2-3 days per week
DFP Recruitment is seeking an experienced Scrum Master/Coach to join our Government Client team. As a Scrum Master/ Coach you will be responsible for supporting all work streams. You will collaborate closely with teams comprising Product Owners, Data Modelling Lead, Data Engineers, BA’s and support officers and Working Groups.

Role Responsibilities
- Support project teams with scrum rituals.
- Support Product owners to shape, estimate and maintain their backlogs and products roadmaps.
- Updates the Program Wall and other channels for information sharing and feedback across the program team & our stakeholders.
- Coordinate team culture building events
- Experienced Scrum Master and agile team coach with broad knowledge of Agile principes and methodologies, specifically in data and cloud platform contexts.
- Experience in developing playbooks or similar training materials to drive consistency, expertise and knowledge sharing across teams.
- Experienced in building team culture, specifically workshop facilitation, communication and training.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
- Experience with Australian health data.
- Experienced Scrum Master and agile team coach with broad knowledge of Agile principes and methodologies, specifically in data and cloud platform contexts.
