Job Title: Senior Administration Assistant
Employer: DFP Recruitment client
Position Type: 6 month Casual Temporary Contract
Pay Rate: $45.53 per hour
Location: Fremantle, WA 6160
Role Overview:  Reporting to the Executive Assistant / Administrative Assistant Supervisor, the role is responsible for providing efficient and effective administrative support to the Operations division

Key Responsibilities;
  • Provide administrative support to the General Manager including some diary management.
  • Assist with scheduling and coordinating information, papers and reports for meetings.
  • Subject matter expert for purchase orders and receipting.
  • Processing escort applications.
  • Book meetings, catering and transportation for the team as required.
  • Documenting and distribution of meeting minutes
 
Essential to be successful in this role:  
  • Demonstrated experience in providing customer service and administrative support.
  • Well-developed oral and written communication skills.
  • Well-developed interpersonal skills, that demonstrate an ability to liaise with people at all levels and with sensitive customer issues in a confidential manner.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a high-pressure environment and to prioritise important issues.
  • Strong time management and organisation skills and ability to work to both planned deadlines and to manage urgent, ad hoc requests.
  • Well-developed computer literacy.
  • Good attention to detail.
