DFP Recruitment is seeking multiple Inbound/Outbound Sales Consultants to join a dynamic contact centre team based in Clayton. This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in the home health business, delivering tailored solutions to customers in need of aged care packages. You will help improve health and care outcomes while ensuring a smooth, high-quality customer experience.

About the Role:
As a Sales Consultant, your main responsibility will be to engage new and existing customers through warm calls, both inbound and outbound (no cold calls). You will manage and convert leads for aged care packages, ensuring the customer receives the best solution for their unique needs.
This role is available as a temporary ongoing contract, with conversion to permanency offered based on business needs and performance. The role commences on April 1, with candidates required to attend an Assessment Centre in Melbourne on Thursday, 13th.

Key Responsibilities:
- Understand and respond to each customer’s unique requirements.
- Manage leads and opportunities through warm outbound calls to attract and convert new customers.
- Meet KPIs and operational metrics to drive performance.
- Handle inbound customer enquiries and provide coverage across the team as directed by the Team Leader.
- Deliver first-time resolution for customer enquiries, building rapport and trust with each interaction.
- Provide an exceptional customer service experience.
- 5 weeks of training to ensure you have the knowledge and skills to succeed in this role, delivered in the office.
- Once competency is achieved, the role will transition to a hybrid model (3 days a week in the office).
To thrive in this role, you will bring:
- Previous experience in a contact centre, particularly in sales, retention, or collections.
- Empathy and excellent communication skills – your ability to listen and reflect the customer’s needs will be key to success.
- A proven track record of meeting sales and retention targets, as well as working in compliance-driven environments.
- A customer-first mindset and a passion for delivering high-quality service.
- A strong understanding of aged care packages and home health services is desirable.
