Key Responsibilities;
- Provide digital channel expertise and advice to the business (including social media, website, EDMs etc).
- Curate, review, audit and maintain digital content to meet business & customer needs.
- Seek opportunities and advocate for delivering communications via digital channels.
- Provide communication & system support for the curation and delivery of channel specific content and messaging.
- Train and support content editors in the use of the website content management system (SharePoint and EPiServer).
- Support the creation and maintenance of policies, guidelines, training, and governance materials to ensure the integrity of the client’s digital channels.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to find and develop content for the promotion of the client’s information and services via digital channels.
- Research and stay abreast of digital industry trends and inform the business of the applicability to improve the client’s channels.
- Review, audit, analyse and report on the effectiveness of digital campaigns and channels.
- Undertake quality audits of all digital channels to ensure currency and alignment with established policies and guidelines.
Essential to be successful in this role:
- Demonstrated ability to curate and deliver effective communications tailored to channel and audience.
- Extensive experience in drafting and scheduling online content through various publishing tools, including website content management systems (e.g., EPiServer, Hootsuite, etc)
- Demonstrated ability to initiate and facilitate effective conversations, to advocate for proactive digital service delivery.
- Must have knowledge and prior experience with social media, websites etc
- Current valid National Police Check or ability to obtain one
